Marketplace Transactions

The Parts Exchange marketplace allows registered users to list and sell new auto and truck parts on behalf of approved industry entities such as insurers, MSO body shops, OE dealerships, and service centers.

- Listings must comply with our policies and contain truthful and accurate information.
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details and terms before purchasing.
- Sellers are responsible for fulfilling transactions promptly and professionally.
- VAS provides the platform and supporting technology (e.g., “Lot Builder”) but is not a party to the transaction unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of VAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Site without our express written permission.
